    • A booking is considered confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from Deteex containing your booking details.
    • The guest must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  3. Payment Terms
    • Payments for your booking will be processed according to the payment terms outlined during the booking process.
    o Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods offered by Deteex.
    o Any additional fees, such as taxes, service charges, or resort fees, will be outlined during booking and must be settled before check-in.
  4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

    o Cancellations made within the allowable timeframe will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the hotel’s policy.

  5. Check-in and Check-out

  6. Minimum Age Requirement
    • The minimum age required to book and check-in to hotels listed on Deteex is 18 years. Guests must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking and during check-in.
    • Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the duration of the stay.
  7. Identification Verification

    • Deteex is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or thefts that occur during your stay at the hotel. The hotel assumes full responsibility for the safety and security of its guests.
    • The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay, and the hotel may charge for repairs or cleaning fees.
  15. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes regarding hotel services, charges, or amenities should be addressed directly with the hotel.
    • If a dispute arises between you and Deteex, we will attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the hotel’s location.
  16. Privacy and Data Protection
    • Deteex respects your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Deteex’s Privacy Policy.
    • The hotel may require certain personal information upon check-in (such as identification documents) for legal or security reasons.
  17. Force Majeure
    • Deteex and the hotel are not liable for failure to perform any of their obligations under these terms in cases of force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
  18. Amendments to Terms
    • Deteex reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the Deteex website.
